I'm a trained teacher with an emphasis in Creative Writing. I've been published in numerous magazines and I'm a co-author of the book: 'Journey to Riches: The Benefit of Challenge'. I wrote a monthly column for 9 years called: 'The Pathway to Healing the Mind, Body & Spirit'. Additionally, I have taught middle school students and adults how to meditate, and I have facilitated Shamanic Journeys worldwide in a variety of classes and retreats. I'm a certified Intuitive Coach, Hypnotherapist & Reiki Master and I have done advanced training in Shamanism. I've been an intuitive empath since I was four years old.
